What is the energy usage required to run the bottled water equipment?
The energy usage of water coolers while running is the equivalency of a 60 watt light bulb.
What are the benefits of renting a cooler or water dispenser?
Not only do you have cool, refreshing water at your fingertips but, we are responsible for any necessary repairs to the cooler. If the equipment cannot be repaired, we assume all responsibility for the equipment and will replace it at no charge to you.
What causes water coolers to leak?
Most of the time the leak is from a defective water bottle.
The reason the bottle may leak is because after many cycles of cleaning and sanitizing, bottles can develop a tiny fracture that is only noticeable once it is on the cooler and water levels begin to drop.
How do I determine if the bottle is leaking?
First remove the bottle and check the water reservoir. If the reservoir is full, leakage is probably due to a fractured bottle.
Please return the damaged bottle to your route salesman on delivery after marking it prominently with the word ”LEAKER”. The bottle will be taken out of production and recycled into other products.
